Cat 4-weg trucks kunnen zowel normale pallets als extreem lange lasten vervoeren, dankzij een brede hydraulische vorkenversteller. Gecombineerd met snel veranderen van richting en vier verschillende rijrichtingen - vooruit, achteruit, links en rechts – zorgt dat voor snel manoeuvreren, zelfs in smalle gangpaden.
De reachtruck wordt relaxt maar nauwkeurig bestuurd via de multifunctionele joystick of de Palm Steering unit. De positie van de armleuning en de vloerhoogte zijn verstelbaar voor een perfecte zitpositie van de bestuurder, terwijl de belasting door het kijken naar lasten op hoogte verminderd wordt door een kantelbare en op het gewicht aanpasbare stoel.
Snel, soepel en veilig werken in het magazijn is mogelijk dankzij de automatische aanpassingen van de rij- en hydraulische snelheden – indien noodzakelijk - afhankelijk van stuurhoek en hefhoogte. Een stabiliteit bevorderende bediening van de mastneiging is - afhankelijk van de mastkeuze - standaard of als optie verkrijgbaar.
Om de service- en onderhoudskosten te verlagen zijn de 4-weg reachtrucks robuust gebouwd met kenmerken om het onderhoud te vereenvoudigen.
